Before real estate, Carrianne had a sweet side—she was a professional cake decorator for over 15 years. She transformed simple ingredients into edible masterpieces, from elegant wedding cakes adorned with delicate sugar flowers to whimsical birthday creations. Each cake told a story, and she loved making celebrations even more memorable.

Juggling real estate and cake decorating once kept her on her toes. Negotiating contracts and crafting fondant details might have seemed worlds apart, but both required creativity, precision, and a dash of magic. That same artistry and attention to detail she once poured into her cakes, she now brings to my clients and every transaction we handle together.
